Privacy policy.
This website has no forms and does not ask you for personal information. Here is exactly what happens when you visit, and where information goes when you book a visit or reach out.
Draft prepared for review
This is a draft, not legal advice, and it has not been approved yet.
It was written to describe what this website actually does. Jessica should read it, correct anything that does not match how her practice works, and approve it before launch. Highlighted items still need her answer.

1. What this policy covers
This policy is about this website. It explains what happens when you visit these pages, and where information goes when you use the links here to book a visit or get in touch.
It is not the practice's Notice of Privacy Practices. That is a separate document, and it is described in the next section. This policy should be read together with the site's Terms of Use, which together govern your general use of this website; this Privacy Policy specifically addresses information handling.
2. Health information and the Notice of Privacy Practices
Protected health information from your care is governed by the practice's Notice of Privacy Practices, which is provided separately. That document, not this one, describes how your health information is used, shared, and protected in treatment, payment, and the operation of the practice, and what rights you have over it.
Nothing you do on this website creates a medical record. You can read the notice here: Notice of Privacy Practices.
3. What this website collects
Nothing directly. There are no forms on this site, no accounts, no logins, and nothing to sign up for. There is no field anywhere on these pages for you to type into.
The site does not use cookies and does not store anything on your device.
4. Analytics
This site does not use analytics. There is no measurement script on these pages, nothing counts or records your visit, and no profile of you is built from browsing here.
5. Website hosting and server logs
This site is hosted by Vercel. As with any web host, serving you a page means Vercel processes standard server logs, which include your IP address, your browser's user agent, and the time of the request. This is an ordinary part of delivering a website and keeping it secure. It is not used to identify you or to track you.
These logs belong to Vercel and exist so the site can be delivered and kept secure. How long they are kept is governed by Vercel's own retention policy rather than by the practice. They are not used to identify you, and no profile of you is built from them.
6. Fonts and outside requests
The typefaces on this site are served from this website itself. They used to come from Google Fonts, which meant that opening any page made your browser contact Google's servers, and Google received your IP address and your browser's user agent as part of that. That request no longer exists.
Opening a page on this site now contacts no company other than the host that serves it. Every font, image, stylesheet and script is delivered from this website's own address. There is no advertising network, no analytics service, no font host, no tag manager and no embedded widget quietly loading in the background. The host is Vercel, described in section 5 above.
Your browser only goes elsewhere when you send it there. A booking button opens Zocdoc in a new tab, and the phone number and email address open your own phone or mail app. Those are covered in sections 7 and 8. Nothing leaves this site until you choose to click.
This description reflects the site as of the date of this policy. If a future update to the site introduces a third-party service, this policy may be revised when that change goes live.
7. Booking
The booking buttons open Zocdoc in a new tab. Booking does not happen on this website. Nothing you type is entered here, stored here, or sent here.
Once you are on Zocdoc you are on their platform, and Zocdoc's own privacy policy and terms govern everything you enter there, including anything you share while requesting an appointment. If you would rather not use Zocdoc, you can call instead.
8. Email and phone
The email address and phone number on this site simply open your own mail app or phone. Nothing is sent through the website itself, and the website keeps no record of it.
Please keep in mind that ordinary email is not a secure channel. It is a good way to ask about scheduling, insurance, or how the practice works. For anything clinical, or anything you would consider private health information, please book a visit or call instead, so we can talk somewhere secure.
Once you are a patient, the practice also uses secure messaging through Spruce to stay in touch. That is part of your care rather than part of this website. Nothing on this site sends a message of any kind, and the phone number here simply opens a call in your own phone.
9. How this information is used
The little information described above is used only to run the practice and keep the site working:
- To answer you when you call or write.
- To serve these pages and keep the site secure and available.
10. What this site does not do
- It does not sell or rent your information. There is nothing to sell.
- It carries no advertising and no advertising trackers.
- It does not follow you across other websites.
- It does not build a profile of you.
- It is not a patient portal, and it is not a place to send health information.
11. What HIPAA compliance covers here
Telehealth visits are conducted over a HIPAA-compliant platform. This website is a different thing. It is a set of public marketing pages, not a clinical system, so it is not the place to enter or send protected health information.
Visits are held on Doximity and Spruce, which are the secure platforms the practice uses for video visits, calls and messaging.
12. How long information is kept
The website itself keeps nothing about you. For everything else:
- There is no analytics data, because the site does not collect any.
- Server logs are held by the host, Vercel, on its own schedule, as described in section 5.
- Emails and voicemails are kept as part of running the practice, for up to a year.
13. Children's privacy
This is an adult practice. The site is not directed to children under 13, and it does not knowingly collect information from them.
14. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top.
