Do you accept my insurance?
I'm in-network with Aetna, Ascension (SmartHealth), Carelon Behavioral Health, Cigna, Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, Independence Blue Cross (Pennsylvania), Medicaid, Medicare, MultiPlan, and Optum. The full list, including the plans administered through Optum, is above. If you don't see your plan, reach out. I'm happy to verify benefits before your visit.
What if I'd rather pay privately?
Self-pay is $225 for the initial visit and $125 for follow-up sessions. Many patients prefer this for privacy and flexibility.
Will you bill my insurance for me?
Yes, for in-network plans. If I'm not in-network with your plan, your visits are self-pay at the rates listed above.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Please let me know at least 24 hours ahead if you need to change or cancel a visit. Missed appointments and cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are billed at $50. That $50 is applied as a credit toward your next visit rather than refunded.
Are there any other costs?
No surprise fees. Lab orders or prescriptions may incur separate costs through your pharmacy or lab, but my visit fees are exactly what you're quoted.
